The House

Beauty without vanity.
Beauty with depth.

Ara Luna was founded on a single conviction — that the finest aesthetic work is the work no one can name. Not a different face. Your face, radiant.

Every appointment begins as a conversation rather than a menu. We map what genuinely troubles you, what your anatomy will support, and what is honestly worth doing.

The Menu

The treatments

Each treatment page sets out what it does, who it suits, and what it cannot do.

Indicative pricing is published on each treatment page. Your final plan is quoted at consultation and depends on product, units and anatomy.

For Him

Treatment planned for a man’s face

Ara Luna treats male patients. Neurotoxin softens the deep vertical line between the brows and across the forehead. Scalp microneedling addresses thinning at the temples and crown, microneedling addresses acne scarring and uneven texture, and a superficial peel can be used for congestion and the marks left by razor irritation.

Dosing is planned for male anatomy. Men carry heavier muscle in the forehead, brow and jaw, and treating a man on a protocol written for a woman is how an overly still brow happens. Placement stays conservative and movement is preserved deliberately.

Every medical treatment begins with an assessment and a written plan, based on your own anatomy, skin and history rather than a standard package.

  • Neurotoxin — the deep vertical line between the brows, forehead, crow’s feet, and a heavy jaw or nighttime clenching.
  • Scalp microneedling — thinning at the temples and crown, and the treatment that rewards starting early.
  • Microneedling — acne scarring, texture and enlarged pores.

The Ritual

Four steps, no surprises

  1. I

    Consultation

An unhurried conversation about your concerns, history and goals. Facial assessment, honest expectations, and a written plan. Never a hard sell.

  2. II

    Medical review

Robbie reviews your goals, medical history and treatment plan at your appointment before treatment begins.

  3. III

    Treatment

Every medical cosmetic procedure is charted in your medical record. A follow-up is standard for injectables at about two weeks.

  4. IV

    Follow-up

Aftercare instructions are provided in writing, and a two-week review for neurotoxin can be scheduled so the result can be assessed and refined.

Questions

Before you book

Who oversees my treatment?

Daniel Olivero, M.D. is the medical director. Further detail is under Credentials & Oversight.

Who performs my treatment?

Robbie reviews your goals, medical history and treatment plan at your appointment before any injectable treatment begins.

Will I look obviously treated?

The intention is that you don’t. Every treatment is dosed conservatively and built across visits so the result reads as rested, not treated. Robbie cannot promise a specific outcome, but the plan is written toward subtlety from the first visit.

How much does it cost?

Starting prices are published on each treatment page. Your final quote depends on the product, the number of units or vials, and your plan, and is confirmed in writing after your assessment.

Do you travel to clients?

Ara Luna is a concierge house based in Fort Worth, serving Dallas–Fort Worth, including Dallas and Highland Park. Availability and travel vary by treatment and location. Mention where you are based when you inquire.

How should I prepare?

In the days before your visit, avoid alcohol for twenty-four hours and blood-thinning supplements such as fish oil, vitamin E and high-dose NSAIDs for several days beforehand to reduce bruising. Never stop a prescribed medication without speaking to your prescribing physician. Full instructions are sent to you in writing before your visit.

Booking and appointment policies

Deposit. A $150 deposit reserves a private concierge appointment and is applied to the treatment total when you attend.

Rescheduling. One reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability, and the deposit transfers to the new date. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may require a new deposit.

Cancellations and missed appointments. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, and missed appointments, forfeit the deposit. If you arrive late the appointment may need to be shortened, adjusted or rescheduled so the next appointment is not affected.

Eligibility. A deposit reserves time, not treatment. Treatment is provided only after the in-person assessment confirms it is appropriate.

Travel. A $650 minimum appointment value applies to concierge visits. Travel outside the service area needs advance approval and may carry a travel fee, disclosed in writing before the appointment is confirmed.

Aftercare. You are given aftercare instructions specific to your treatment. For a non-routine concern, follow the care instructions provided at your appointment. For a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency care.
